The Wetlands is probably the best place to go at 20-25, there are tons of Murlocs that drop a lot of good junk, if you are horde on PVP, you might want to stick to Hillsbrad Foothills as Wetlands is more of an Alliance questing territory and you’re more than likely to get pwned in the Wetlands…
